There once was a midget from Texas who had a pain in both testicles. He went to see his doctor and told the doctor about his pain.
The doctor helped the midget get up on the examining table and had him stand up. The doctor then took his scissors and began snipping around the left testicle.
The midget informed the doctor that the left one felt great but the right one still hurt. The doctor repeated the snipping procedure around the midget's right testicle.
The midget says, "Boy Doctor, that feels great. What did you do?"
The doctor replied, "I just trimmed off the top of your cowboy boots."
