MyLaffs Joke #28
Moses and Jesus went on a fishing trip together. They went out on a lake in a small rowboat to enjoy a quiet afternoon together and talk about old times.
Moses said to Jesus, "Hey, I used to love it when you would turn water into wine. That was mighty cool!"
So Jesus amused Moses by dipping a glass into the lake and pulling out some fresh wine.
Then Jesus said to Moses, "I used to love how you could part the sea. Hey! Would you do me a favor for old times sake? Would you part the lake for me?"
So Moses parted the lake momentarily for Jesus.
Moses then said, "Y'know what I used to love the most, Jesus? I loved it when you would walk on water. That was mighty cool! Hey would you do me a favor for old times sake? Would you walk on the lake for me?"
So Jesus stepped out of the boat and onto the water.
He sank immediately.
Moses waited for Jesus to come back to the surface. After some time passed, Moses became concerned, so he parted the lake and pulled Jesus back into the boat.
"I don't know what happened!" Jesus said. "It used to be so easy for me to walk on the water."
Moses looked down and said, "Well,.... Maybe it has something to do with those holes in your feet!"
